Why is it so special?
Until now, no maintenance organization in Europe has carried out the “120-month” inspection on an Embraer aircraft of the Legacy 500 model. The 120-month inspection (10-year inspection) is a highly complex and demanding maintenance event. During this inspection, the aircraft and every single component are examined in exceptional detail and thoroughly tested to ensure full compliance and airworthiness.
